The ever-changing landscape of content creation is a hard place to navigate. It’s not as simple as making a nice ad and then putting it on social, you have to consider a million different variables which are constantly moving around. Formats, trends, influencers and masses of social data make this so complicated it can become overwhelming, leading you to think, maybe we can pop that TVC on Insta and hope for the best.
As a stereotypical millennial, I remember when there was no social media, but as I got older, I joined and used basically every social network that has been around. This has allowed me to slowly learn the ins and outs of social media and content creation, which is why when you look through my portfolio, you will see I do a bit of everything. Having this deep understanding allows me to look more holistically at a problem and work out a route through it. Matching my production skills with my art direction skills means I can come up with achievable ideas, and using my love of working with people, directing, and photography means I can bring those ideas to life. Obviously, I don’t always work alone, I have a long list of trusted industry contacts who help me make all of this a reality, and as with any successful social media producer, I know how to work a budget.
