Brand Film - Social campaign
For Pearl Drops this year we wanted to move away from the stereotypical whitening advertising of big studio shoots and models with perfect teeth. We wanted genuine real smiles. So out of this the ‘This is Real’ campaign was born. Coupled with a print shoot we went out to film real women in a range of situations. We let the smiles naturally develop and caught the moments as the happened. We turned the footage into a brand film and five separate films focused around the activities the women were talking part in. For each activity we created three separate films for use in a specific online location. We had a regular wide for YouTube, a vertical for Instagram and vertical with bars on for Facebook. This meant where ever the film was viewed it would be at it’s most effective when getting people stop scrolling and watch.
